About H2T Health Fair

The Head to Toe Health Fair (H2T) is being presented and coordinated by St. Cloud Ear, Nose and Throat and Adult & Pediatric Urology.  The Health Fair was developed with the following objectives in mind:

• Provide a service to the community with free or reduced health screenings.
• Increase health awareness by providing health screenings, activities, materials, demonstrations, and information
• Motivate participants to make positive health behavior changes
• Increase awareness of local resources and demonstrate the ability to get comprehensive health care in St. Cloud

This year H2T is being held at the Crossroads Center on September 11 & 12 2009.  Booths will be throughout the hallways.  We are again anticipating more than 50 exhibitors with many presenting interactive booths.  It’s a great way to come see what Central Minnesota has to offer as well as a great place to take charge of your own health!
